ROOST East Market

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their excellent customer service made my stay even more enjoyable. The amenities were great, offering everything I needed for a relaxing and convenient visit. From well-appointed rooms to useful on-site facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. Another major highlight was the affordability. Despite being in a prime location with great features, the hotel remained budget-friendly, offering excellent value for money. Parking was also convenient, with a garage located nearby, making it easy to bring a car without hassle. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel is a fantastic choice. The combination of cleanliness, great service, and affordability makes it stand out as one of the best options downtown. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

A lot to like. Stylish design, nice staff, good amenities. Love the pool! Kitchen well stocked. Nice views. Sandalwood soaps smell nice. Criticism: Furniture is uncomfortable. Looks nice, but uncomfortable. HVAC blows across bed and makes window blinds flap loudly. This was really a drag. First morning: coffee grinder needed to be put back together, then discovered coffee maker was broken, then trip to 3rd floor coffee maker discovered I needed to bring my own mug...:-( They got a friendly staff guy to replace the in-room maker, but it was a bad start to day. Impossible to figure out which bluetooth speaker to connect to - phone showed a LOT of options with random names.. Same friendly guy who replaced coffee maker took it away and figured it out. When he returned it, it had a sticker with the speaker name on the back :-) Water in shower gets HOT. Be careful. Directions on how/where to park coulda been a lot better upon arrival. Lighting in living area is pretty minimal. Den / laundry room / bedroom has no window. My son didn't seem to mind too much, but not anywhere near as nice as the main bedroom. Overall, it was nice nice place to stay

Wonderful! Nazir , and Frank were such a help with multiple difficulties! The suite was well appointed and comfortable, love the full kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. 3rd floor spectacular with pool table, pool, fire places and books .Highly recommended the only problem was getting in after a late arrival from the airport! Should be staffed 24 hours.& Elevator to the parking garage doesn’t work!

My family and I came here for hospital treatment for our 4 year old who was receiving chemotherapy. While we where here it was also our 7 year old daughters birthday. And for her birthday she wanted to use the theater room at the east roost hotel. We asked the front desk staff to help us gain entry. They jumped right up and let us in the room. And and nice young man named Alanzo showed us how to operate the movie projector. Along with two other staff who assisted. It worked out great and my children had an amazing time. The chairs where all automatic recliners and the screen was as big as my suv. Thank you

I loved loved loved my stay. From the front desk help to the bedrooms to the coffee. Sean at the front desk was extremely gracious and never showed any signs of me bothering him when I had 100 questions. He just answered me and showed me how to. I will add that the kitchen needs to be stacked with paper towel and the pool has no towels and needs them. Sean helped me with it all. I would definitely recommend this hotel bc of the service!

If I could give Roost East Market more than five stars, I would. The entire experience was seamless. The apartment and building were so modern, comfortable and clean. The third floor is basically an extension of the apartment and includes common spaces, a kitchen, pool table, fitness center and outdoor pool. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We were able to store our bikes and they were kind enough to give us a late check out. Overall, a wonderful experience. Would love to stay here again next time we are in Philly.

The staff has been so friendly and welcoming. It made my experience that much better. I very much appreciate the effort to make sure I was satisfied and comfortable. Great place.
